The Oswego County Trail follows an abandoned right-of-way of the old New York Ontario & Western Railroad between Cleveland and Fulton. The trail passes among scenic countryside along an old railroad bed. ATVs and snowmobiles use the trail, as do mountain bikers and hikers.
The Oswego County Trail is easily excessable by parking at the West Monroe Veterans Park located at 87 Depot Rd.
